Shipping & Delivery Information

1. Delivery Areas

• Kuwait: all governorates and areas
• Saudi Arabia and the UAE: delivery to major cities
• Other GCC countries: available at an additional cost

2. Delivery Times

• Within Kuwait: 2–4 business days
• GCC countries: 5–10 business days
• Other countries: 10–21 business days

3. Shipping Fees

• Free for orders above 20 KWD within Kuwait
• 1.500 KWD for orders below 20 KWD
• International shipping fees are calculated at checkout

4. Shipment Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an SMS and an email containing the tracking number. You can track the shipment at any time from the Orders section in your account.

5. Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays
• Someone must be available to receive the order or arrange an alternative time
• If the recipient is unavailable, one additional delivery attempt will be provided free of charge
